SWAT4 1.1 BS Tournament 2012 Servers

BS Matches will be played only on Servers hosted by organizers.

We are searching for Server providers. Servers will have to be online 24/7 till Tournament ends (31.11.2012). Will have to be also configured according to Tournament rules:

In exchange we offer logo on portal and info on server about Server provider.

According to me the best one would be the same server as qRage get. It's localized in Germany, 193.192.59.111:10780 . If I remember well, provider is Rugi (?).

yeah, Rugi agreed to host one server 4 slot, also chessgaming.com agreed to host one in US

i think most off the persons wont play in a US server ...

idea is that , for example, American teams can play 1/2 of match on US server if they want, to avoid discrimination by location

us server is biggest lag server in world after those polish server from home host ofc

You are wrong kaczus offfer not bad servers , hosted in Warsaw and it is hosted on good machine compare for example to markie or revhost. WM used that server for while but ofcorse a lot of depend of location.

currently we can only offer US (Florida) and DE (Frankfurt) servers. In case you feel uncomfortable on these, you can provide a server hosted in location you feel most comfortable in. It have to be configured accodring to tournament rules.

if someone want to play 1/2 of match on Argentinian server, you will have no choice

well, i heard that someone refused to play on US server because of ping

Fist of all - US oficial server is not ready yet
2nd thing - if will be ready and your oponent wants to play over there 1/2 of match, you have no choice

I had info that someone wrote "150 ping is too lagy" - well you can quit tournament if you dont like the rules. Anyway I wait for checkmategaming to setup server or other US server made acc to rules

we are working on making Antics everywhere... problem is that we have no direct access to every server thats why it can take time

btw, tomorrow we can expect US server. Also I dont mind if you will host even korean server for tournament Wink

but pls try to understand that we try to give equal chances for everyone on the world, so playing 1/2 of match (your map) on server chosen by you is the most fair way IMO

finally Antics will be not at every server. Its your choice that you want play with Antics or not. Matter is that its hard to verivy constantly that thing. Also we have no direct access to all servers

Well, still we are out of Americn server. Already 2 US teams promised to host it and they walked out of this idea.

If some teams wants to play some meatches on Americn server they have to organize one and setup it according to tournament rules. In other way all matches will have to be played on EU servers
