I wanted place everyone who gave dates and hours just at one match, but still i need people for a few matches:

I can only move SP vs SaD, because HT is playing already 14:00 17.04 other match. you want replace it?

I cant be reefre in this matchs cause in same time delta is playing

Maybe referees should be from teams which not promoted to play offs to avoid later disccusion about watching tactic etc

yes, it could best way, but it can be hard to find volonteurs from teams who no play this tournament anymore :/ If you have more ideas, just write ;]
