BS 1.1 CUP double `no show` matches and `rescheduled` matches

in schedule is standing last match - nSiC#1 vs SaD, but there is several double `no show` matches and standing to `reschedule` matches:

TM CM 17.09 16:00 GMT - placed, TM agreed for 16GMT - both teams `no show`
SaD|| AT 17.09 19:30GMT - both teams `no show`
AT AGL 16.09 18:30GMT - will be rescheduled
ICGTwm WM 16.09 19:30GMT - 1/2 of match played, rest arranged by teams in other day
nSiC#2 CM 15.09 15:30GMT - both teams `no show`
RnP WM 15.09 17:00GMT - both teams `no show`
TM nSiC#2 13.09 22:00GMT - will be replaced on other day
AT Seal 09.09 15:45GMT - changed, if not played before, as promissed - both teams `no show`

time to play these matches is till end of 20.09.2012. Teams who are removed for `NO SHOW` and after playing these match/matches will be moved back to tournament. Matches remained to `reschedule` will be changed to double `no show` if they wont be played.

in group E for now only 1 team is going to finals. If it will remain like that, I will make a draw of 3rd teams in other groups (21.09.2012 - 12:00GMT) and one of them will take 12th place in final ladder. If some E group matches will be played, darw wont be nesesary.

if situation in gorup E and other gorups wont change, draw of 3rd place teams to be promoted to final ladder will be made 20.09.2012 (today) 22:00GMT.
