I highly doubt he using removed fps cap becoase for him it will cause even more lags.

I absolutely understand you, that you're sorry, and you say you won't do it again, but unfortunately you have broken the rules.

We all have to stick by the rules, they aren't nonsense, but they are necessary.

As participant of the Tournament I understand that this descision is very hard.
But as Staff Member i have to stick by the Rules.

Folks, we all are humans, we all making fails and sometimes rules can be broken and faults forgiven. If you not the person who forgive... ok I cant force you to be right.
So think about this: rule is rule and maden to protect fairplay. But damn, its obvious, that noone played unfair here. This time, this rule just taking away fair and clear wictory from good guys without reason.

Someone here does not respect other players? All was played in fair way, and you taking victory away only becoase 1 litle unnesessary in this situation thing is missed? Unnesessary becoase Sttus even cant reach 90 fps limit in cause of very bad pc. Just think: removed fps delete maximum capasity of FPS in game, but he cannot even reach this standart maximum level. What is the sence of using it?

Indeed. Every1 can to forgot write 'stat fps' Why? Becouse in BS no one before played wars with any commend. I suppose it's FIRST but not LAST time peoples will make such 'mistake'.

Best solution is rematch just check score level between both teams, respect for AGL but they not deserved for free victory.. Of course rules are important but is not break up but.. but ITS FIRST TIME, it should be admonition for rest teams .

Matter is that this rule was hanged from the begin, and noone asked to change/remove it. Now instead of playing matches we start discussions that `maybe we change this`. Im quite crude about keeping rules and im angry for you all for ignorance and criticism.

You know people what critic and impotent got similar? that they know how to do it, but they can not.

Anyway we will see what to do, also I dont want endless discussion about typing STAT FPS.

Since there is so much drama about this, i will comment again on such "popular" topic; i agree sometimes i even forget to put stat fps in certain matches where it is needed, but the rules are rules, that is why you had to put "we are accepting BS 1.1 rules"

Also i suggest F4Ck team to stop comment otherwise you will have points taken off even more; however i highly recommend doing a rematch since it is really unfair on teams as penalty = lose.

note that poit is removed for `idiot` calling adressed to Undertaker.

All in all i suggest to learn on other mistakes either learn on own. Rematch it's a case when both teams broke the rule (s). Rules are applying to everyone. Try to dont forget them and they will not seem unfair/senseless/useless to you anymore.

Anyway yerstaday, after my post, mert asked me to remove the team obviusly not taking in mind you got 5 futher matches to go. Team is removed.

well i am sorry i have to do this, as i got asked not to make it public bye the organisation of this tournament. BUT as i said to them before tournament already, i dont see the sense in enabled stat fps, cuz you can easily trick it. I helped you to solve some players problems with this and now i see someone deserving a win, receiving a loss, just cuz he forgot to enable stat fps. If you gave them a rematch....okay, but making them lose is, sry to say it tht hard, a really poor decision.

@Smash - as I heard, only 1-2 people knew how to trick STAT FPS that was the reason why we left this rule. So the solution is that we should post to everyone now modified swat4.ini to make chances equal to everyone

Also there is many other things that are not possible to verify or we dont know that are veryfied. But i think that its no place where we should instruct people to cheat

Why don't you just let AGL's players (Helios & MrA) decide how to proceed? As I see it the match was not anywhere near close, obviously equinox won every round with ease. Maybe AGL will acknowledge that equinox was the superior team or they could do a rematch at least. I think decision should be up to them, they still have the right to claim their win due to the breach of this rule though.

Honestly I don't see a reason of rematch cuz anyway we will lose. They're just better than us.

And we can handle the lost match cuz we're playing here just 4 fun

For me the equinox team should has this match as won. But still decision is up to Admins

1) Have I or MerT ever complained? No.

I just have been very kind and pleased nicely for another chance, because I have some manner and this was just stupid mistake by my side.
I really don´t think I am lazy to read them, as I´ve read them all. I am not stupid to don´t follow them, otherwise I would spawnkill, for example, and wouldn´t regret my actions.

2) Yes, we have changed our stand about the rules, admins and when we ´ve seen this isn´t a place for us - we left tournament.

3) Not every comment is stupid, you might be stupid if you think so. People can give their opinion and administrators should listen to them. Not every rule is a good rule, or don´t you know that? Do you think there are only good rules in life, or games?
