CHAPTER 1
Definitions
§1 Tournament - Official name "SWAT4 v1.1 BS Tournament 2012" developed by Organizers Team and supported by other organizations at
>>TOURNAMENT FORUM<<. Name of Tournament can be changed in case of finding Main Price Sponsor.
1) Ladder - League group made of 2 best teams from each Group.
2) Group - Elimination group with randomly drawed Registered Teams.
§2 Organizers -
>>ORGANIZERS TEAM<< developing and handling Tournament.
§3 Server - SWAT4 game server hosted by Organizers configured according to rules in CHAPTER 7 to play Matches.
§4 Match - SWAT4 game played between Teams According to rules in CHAPTERS 3,4,5 and 6 at Server.
§5 Team - Group of Players registered in Tournament according to rules in CHAPTER 2.
§6 Player - a person who is Member of Team or Tournament forum user.
§7 Bug - game effect that was not made purposely by game developers (excluding door bugs).
§8 Cheat - modified game file more than SWAT4 game version 1.1 interface allows, other files or programs used in Match to make advantage to Player (allowed: Gez Admin Client, communication software, binds, not allowed: respawn timer (penalty: Match lost), other programs and modifications of game files).
1) UAC - latest released UAC software provided by Dexus.
2) Antics - latest released Antics system.
§9 Spawn - Reborn of all players in match (time period 5 seconds from reborn at reborn area chosen by game).
CHAPTER 2
Team Registration
§10 Deadline to register Team is 31.07.2012. Possible are exceptions to make groups equal.

§12 Person registering Team will be automatically team`s main representant in Tournament and will be added to
>>BS 1.1 TEAM REPRESENTANTS<< forum group.
§13 Each Player can represent only 1 Team.
§14 Each team can have unlimited number of Players.
§15 Registered Players of each Team need to be awared about this by Teams Representant, in other case Team will be removed from Tournament.
§16 Registered Players of Team do not have to be registered at Tournament forum, only Team Representant have to be.
§17 Every clan/community can register unlimited quantity of Teams but have to remember about limitation in §13 and §19.
§18 Team Registration topic
HAVE TO contain following informations:
1) Team tag;
2) Info about Players of the Team:
a) nicknames;
b) UAC IDs;
c) Xfire names;
3) Note that "
We are accepting and we will follow Tournament Rules".
§19 Players with banned any of his UAC (all versions) accounts or with cheats detected on it are not allowed to play in this Tournament. If Organizers will verify that this rule was broken by Player, whole Team of this Player is removed from Tournament.
§20 All successful registered Teams will be confirmed by Organizers and will appear

1) In case of specifying same tag by 2 or more Teams, rights for using it have the first one writing it in Registration post (egzamples: {SoE}, {SoE1}, {SoE2} etc.).
2) Two or more registered Players can have the same nickname, but they can not be physically the same persons (using the same computer).
3) In case of releasing new UAC vesrion, Players are obligated to update their UAC IDs if they will have to be changed.
4) Every Player have to be able to play at Server with Antics.
6) After Tournament Starts, can be registerer to existing Teams as a backup only Players not made any penalty before.
CHAPTER 3
General Rules
§21 Tournament start: 01.08.2012. Tournament finish: 31.11.2012.
§22 Tournament language at Servers and Tourament forum is English.
§23 Tournament hours are GMT (GMT time supported

§24 Group matches will be played since 01.08.2012 till 01.09.2012. If untill 01.09.2012 wont be played whole group matches, Organizers will post dates and hours of missing Matches. Ladder Matches will be played since 21.09.2012 till 31.10.2012. If untill 31.10.2012 wont be played whole Play-off matches, Organizers will post dates and hours of missing Matches.
§25 Team Representants are obligated to inform all players of their Teams about Tournament rules and schedules.
§26 Bad language or bad behavior of Players at Tournament forum or Server are not allowed. List of forbidden words you can find

§27 All complaints about Match or Team Players can be post on Tournament forum with picture/video to prove their words.
§28 These rules will not be applied after the topics are moved to the "Archives" section.
§29 If there is any update of Tournament rules, each Team is free to leave Tournament if they do not agree with them.
CHAPTER 4
Eliminations Groups and Tournament Ladder System
§30 Registered Teams will play group matches (4 groups for 40 Teams Registered or less, for more teams - 6 groups) against every group member, afterwards every 2 best Teams of every group will play in Tournament Ladder. (see APPENDIX 1)
§31 Each team will be placed in group by an official draw.
§32 Group match pointing:
1) Win = 2 points;
2) Tie = 1 points;
3) Loosing = no points.
§33 About `no show` situations for scheduled Matches and availability hours:
1 ) If both Teams did not come to scheduled Match, it is counted as `no show` for both Teams.
2 ) If for 20 minutes from scheduled time there is no 2 Players of the opposing Teams on Servers or UAC Match ID, it is counted as `no show` for this Team.
3 ) For §33 1) Match can be re-arranged by Teams on their own at any time till 01.12.2012.
4 ) Team having twice `no show` situation is removed from Tournament. It can be moved back if §33 5) situation will happen and Team wont have two `no show` Matches anymore.
5 ) For §33 1) 2) if Match will be played in other term, it wont be counted as `no show` anymore for any Team.
6 ) For §33 2) every Team have once in Ladder stage right to ask Organizers for re-schedule its any `no show` Match. It can be re-arranged by both Teams at any time till 01.12.2012 but only if opponent Team will agree.
7 ) Every Team will have to give info about availability hours for Ladder stage. In other case Team can be placed in schedule inconveniently.
8 ) For §33 7) deadline is till 28.09.2012, till 29.09.2012 will be prepared schedule for forced not played Ladder Matches: 01.11.2012 - 01.12.2012.
9 ) Every Team will be allowed to make changes in availability hours for Ladder stage at any time of this stage.
10) For §33 9) if it will be done less than 24h before next Team`s scheduled Match, changes will be made in schedule after this Match.
11) For §33 7) if availability hours of 2 Teams in Ladder will be discordant, then match will be arranged as in §33 3), expected exceptions as in §33 12).
12) If after §33 9) will become situation like in §33 11) then Matches being out of availability range of other Teams can not be moved in schedule to new terms.
13) For §33 2) it is required to report this situation on forum, also it is recommended to make screen on Server and to be on UAC to verify server/time just in case when opposing Team will complain about this report.
§35 In case of same score in group table after the end of group Matches, the better position of the Team who won the Matches between them will qualify through to the next round.
§36 In case when Team quit / will be removed from Tournament all points gained / lost in Matches against this Team are cancelled in current group table.
CHAPTER 5
Match System
§37 Matches will be played 2vs2 with no VIEW. If Team have any substitutes, they need to be on standby, not on Server, he can join server only when his Team Player crash/disconnect.
1) In case of Player`s game crash, game is continued and he or Player on standby have to rejoin ASAP, crash have to be reported by Team mate.
2) After game crash UAC have to be started again.
3) Standby Player can join server only before new round begins or when situation in §37 1) happens.
§38 Match winner is Team which gained more points in all played rounds.
§39 Every map will be played as 2 rounds (each team will play every map 1x as SWAT, 1x as Suspects).
§40 Every Team is choosing 1 different map for Match.
§41 There is no restrictions about list of maps to be chosen.
§42 Match round duration is 15min.
§43 Every Team ich choosing Server hosted by Organizers for chosen map - 1/2 of every Match.
§44 Before any round will be started, the occurring map must be restarted.
§45 Every match will be played according to tournament schedules if they will be scheduled by Organizers

§46 Teams are responsible for choosing their own UAC Match IDs.
CHAPTER 6
Match Rules
§47 No Cheats. (penalty: Team removed from Tournament)
§48 No Bugs on purpose. (penalty: Match lost)
§49 No doubleswitch. (penalty: Lost 100 in-Match points)
§50 No Spawn kill and Spawn nading. (penalty for Spawn Kill: Lost in-Match 50 points, penalty for Spawn Nading - Lost in-Match 100 points). Exceptions - Both teams Spawn close, Player hiding in own Spawn area.
§51 All Players are obligated to use UAC3 during every Match. Every Player have to upload UAC3 screens after every Match. Blackscreens = no screens. Only desktop screens = no screens. (penalty: Match lost)
CHAPTER 7
Server Settings
§52 Server game is SWAT4 v1.1.
§53 Server mod is BS.
§54 Server original skins.
§55 Latest GezAdminMod is installed at server, other admin mods are not allowed.
1) Some of Tournament Servers can have installed Antics.
2) Access to server protected with password.
3) Name of every server is "swat4tournament.com BS #(number)
4) Server will have to be online 24h 7days/week to the end of tournament (31.11.2012)
5) On server can be place information about server provider with no color letters, besides this no more info allowed.
6) Quantity nof slots - 4.
§56 Locked all original maps at server.
§57 Webadmin ports removed.
§58 Color names not allowed.
§59 All newbie protection removed (team kill, spam, idle, weapon replacement).
§60 Ping protection removed.
§61 List of Tournament Servers is in APPENDIX 2 and can be updated by Organizers during Tournament.
§62 If both Teams agree, can be exception about §55 §56 §58 §61
