qR: Unn4, Ivan
Comment: The match was not supposed to be played today. I was really surprised when I looked at my phone and noticed I am being called for refereeing PGO vs qR. I was told the closest date is Tuesday or Wednesday. Fortunately this match could be played today. Map chosen AB and WP. I wasn't able to participate in first round but the score was in favour for qR +13. As I was told by paticipants PGO had upperhand at the beginning of the round but it was qR who got ahead of the opponent and ended winning in first game. The round was a bit camping. I understand that both teams wanted to get to know opponent to know what style adapt for rest of the game.
Second A-BOMB it was PGO who controlled the round. In some point PGO had quite a lead over qR
Some personal mistakes decided that PGO eventually lost the round -1 with total +14 for qR. I remember one situation when Roberto threw gas on swat spawn out and Ivan or Unna was arrested and Rapato ran to bar to wait for another opponent to catch him but he was caught instead losing easy 5 points. On other situation when Rapato was hit on suspect spawn while he was hiding because he was alone Unn4 ran into spawn and didn't see him passing him on UP way. Both teams made mistakes but it was PGO who had this round in grasp.
Wolcott projects started completely different than second A-BOMB. This time it was qR who had upperhand and after some minutes was winning with some point's advantage
This round was much slower than previous one. PGO was able to recover and lost the round only -6 with total +20 for qR. Again - personal mistakes did most of the work for qR. One moment to remember with fail cover from PGO when Ivan was tazed at the bottom of stairs and it was very easy cover nade to perform. However PGO lost some accuracy and gas, which was meant to be thrown at the stairs, rebounded off door frame and landed outside resulting Ivan's recovery and fail of the action. PGO had their moment when arrested both Unna and Ivan in one moment. Suffice to say both teams or at least one of them was avoiding open game, trying to secure the amount of points for next round. We saw temporary lost of focus from qR side that caused them free points. However they were able to secure the win for 3rd round.
Last round. PGO needed 21 points which was really in their scope. I felt that PGO can win this game and show that underdog can pass mighty qR. Fourth Wolcott was definition of Own3d. First two minutes qR already was leading +15
After 3 minutes the score was even bigger
After few more minutes it was full control from qR
PGO totally collapsed. They were trying to get the score back and risk a lot. Well qR safely reached to the end of the round with +57 for last wolcott and total +77. Last round was a real pleasure to watch. There was no dead spots in game, I mean every minute was used to gain some points. This is BS all about.
To sum up - We are all really thrilled that this game was played. It was probably the fastest arranged match, just one day of waiting. Despite of the score - I really think that PGO could win this game. I don't know what happened in last round, perhaps lost of concentration and after first 3 blows -15 they were just out of their tactical minds. Nevertheless it's qR who advances to play vs UFHAW. GG for both teams.
No points were deducted as no rule was broken. The answer in poll is the last, congratz for all that picked the last one answer.
